Bayview Wood Shaker
Birch plywood box construction with solid wood shaker doors and dovetail rubberwood drawers, fully assembled and ready to install.
The Bayview Wood Shaker is built on a 1/2" birch plywood box with a natural birch interior and a 3/4" x 1-1/2" solid birch face frame. Doors feature a solid wood frame with an MDF center panel in a clean shaker profile with squared edges and full overlay. Adjustable 3/4" plywood shelves and a natural sides exterior complete the cabinet.
Drawer boxes are constructed from 5/8" rubberwood with dovetail joinery at all four corners, providing lasting structural integrity under daily load. Soft-close, concealed door hinges are 6-way adjustable for precise alignment after installation. Undermount full-extension drawer glides bring each drawer to full access without side clearance loss.
