Solid maple shaker doors in a deep charcoal finish, built on maple plywood boxes.
Lancaster Charcoal pairs maple plywood boxes with a solid maple face frame and a solid maple door frame around an MDF center panel, finished in charcoal. The squared shaker profile sits full overlay, giving a clean, continuous line across a run of cabinets.
Face frames are 3/4" by 1-9/16" solid maple, with a natural maple interior and color-matched exterior sides. Drawers are 5/8" solid wood, dovetailed at the corners, riding on soft-close undermount full-extension glides. Doors hang on six-way adjustable, concealed soft-close hinges, and shelves are 3/4" veneered plywood, adjustable.
