Birch plywood boxes and a clean recessed panel door in a muted sage green, built to hold up under daily use.
Boxes are 1/2" birch plywood with a natural birch interior and color-matched exterior sides, assembled with a solid birch face frame. Doors combine an HDF frame and HDF panel in a recessed panel profile with a full overlay fit, giving a flat, understated front with a shadow-line reveal.
Drawers are 5/8" solid birch with dovetail joinery for long-term rigidity under load. Doors run on soft-close, concealed, 6-way adjustable hinges, and drawers glide on soft-close, full-extension undermount slides, so the box can be leveled and fine-tuned after install without hardware swaps.

The cabinet box is built from 1/2" birch plywood with a natural birch interior and color-matched exterior sides.
Plywood boxes resist sagging and swelling better than particle board, particularly at screw points and under sink cabinets.
Dovetail Drawer Boxes
Drawers are constructed from 5/8" solid birch joined with dovetails.
Dovetail joints lock the drawer sides and front together mechanically, so the box stays square under repeated use and heavier loads.
Soft-Close Hardware Throughout
Doors use concealed, 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges; drawers ride on soft-close, full-extension undermount glides.
6-way adjustability lets doors be aligned after the box is set and leveled, keeping reveals even over time.
Recessed Panel Door with Full Overlay
The door pairs an HDF frame and HDF panel in a recessed panel profile, installed as a full overlay to minimize the gap between doors.
HDF resists warping better than solid wood panels in humidity swings, keeping the recessed line crisp over time.
