Navy Blue Collection
Navy Blue Shaker
A five-piece Shaker door in a deep navy finish, built on the same birch box and dovetail drawer construction as our full Shaker line.
The box is 1/2" birch plywood with a natural birch interior and color-matched sides, framed with a 3/4" x 1-3/4" solid birch face frame. Doors are HDF frame and panel with beveled edges and a full overlay, finished in navy blue. Drawers are 5/8" solid birch with dovetail joinery, and shelves are 3/4" birch plywood, adjustable, with half-depth shelving in base cabinets.
Doors and drawer fronts share the Shaker profile used across the line, with concealed six-way adjustable hinges and soft-close, full-extension undermount drawer glides. As an accent color, navy is built on the same door tooling as the other Shaker finishes, so fit and reveal lines match the rest of the collection.

Dovetail joints hold under repeated use without glue blocks or staples failing over time.
Soft-Close Hardware Throughout
Concealed, six-way adjustable hinges on doors and soft-close full-extension undermount glides on drawers.
Six-way adjustability lets doors be aligned precisely after install, and the soft-close mechanism reduces wear on the box over years of daily use.
Plywood Box Construction
1/2" birch plywood box with a natural birch interior and color-matched exterior sides.
Plywood resists the sagging and moisture damage common to particleboard boxes, particularly at shelf spans and cabinet bottoms.
Beveled Shaker Door
Five-piece HDF frame and panel door with a beveled-edge Shaker profile and full overlay.
The beveled edge gives the flat panel a slight dimensional shadow line without adding a raised or ornate profile.
